It's a sad day for 90's kids everywhere. Christine Cavanaugh -- the voice of every 90s cartoon from Chuckie (Rugrats) to Dexter (Dexter's Laboratory) to Oblina (AAAHH!!! Real Monsters), and even the voice of Babe -- has died at the young age of 51.

This is probably my most personal celebrity death since Robin Williams. Here's somebody who was a huge part of my childhood, even if it was just her voice. She seemed to be in every cartoon during that golden age of cartoon voice actors. This is back when Rob Paulsen, Charlie Adler, Tress MacNeille, Maurice LaMarche and other prominent voice actors were as "famous" (to us kids, anyways) as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Robin Williams, Julia Roberts, and Tom Hanks.

Christine retired in 2001 and quietly walked away from the spotlight. She had live actions roles on The X Files, ER, and Nickelodeon's Salute Your Shorts.
