I've never liked Star Trek... always been a Star Wars kinda guy. That said, the 2nd trailer is freakin sweet. I'll give this a look.

I saw this movie today and it is VERY good. Best Trek movie since First Contact.

Karl Urban is hysterical as Dr. McCoy.

I thought it was average.  Kind of like Star Wars with Star Trek characters.  While they did seem to get the characters fairly well they completely missed the point of the original series, which was to solve their problems non-violently if possible.
