I find Chris Tucker funny. I dunno why. Probably because he's a comedy actor or something. Duh. He hasn't done much, just watch Jackie Brown if you don't like him. He gets shot. Jackie Chan has always been the man though. He rocks and I really did like the first two Rush Hours. I can tell why a lot of people loathe Tucker, but he ain't annoying to me and he didn't spoil The Fifth Element for me, which I think is the best movie he's been involved with. And I'm sure there are hundreds of thousands, if not more, people who feel the same way as me. And the first two were successes so, maybe that's why they're making a third one. Just maybe.

That and Friday I reckon he was bearable. His character in Fifth Element was actually very entertaining. He wouldn't play a bad transvestite.

Detective James Carter (Chris Tucker) and Hong Kong Police Chief Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) reunite after the Chinese Ambassador is shot during a major address before the World Criminal Court Summit in Los Angeles. It looks like the criminal syndicate — the Chinese Triads — may be behind the crime, and the assassin's trail leads to Paris, France.
And just a reminder. This discussion could easily morph into reviews of old Chris Tucker movies. Please don't let that happen.
