This could be decent. The original Wolfman's old enough, I think a remake could work and Benicio Del Toro is a solid actor. I didn't know this was happening though. How long has this been in production (is it even in production?).

It's been in the works for awhile, long enough for the original director to get jettisoned and replaced by Brett Ratner I believe :p

Yeah, it's currently in production.
There was an article and some pics on AICN with Benicio Del Toro wearing possibly the tightest pair of pants I've ever seen, but I can't seem to find the article. Or maybe I just don't want to.

Not sure how long but I believe it's in production now and scheduled for release in May next year...so probs later than that lol. It's being directed by Joe Johnston who I believe worked on the early Star Wars movies and Raiders of the Lost Ark. He's also responsible for designing Boba Fett so he's ok in my eyes! This looks good and scary so I hope it's a good old 18 certificate.

This is probably the most excited I've been about a horror movie since Van Hellsing.
I was the same, but then Van Helsing turned out to be a loud of old toss. Fingers crossed with this then.

Joe Johnston, that's right. I think it was offered to Ratner which set off lard a$$ Knowles at aintitcool, what a load that guy is...If ya ask me......

Can't say I'm a fan of the whole werewolf genre, but the make up is pretty impressive and so far Joe Johnston has a pretty solid resume. Plus, Anthony Hopkins, 'nuff said. Looks to be worth admission price.
