Sam Rockwell's gotta stop wasting his time with this garbage. I bet they think they can carry the entire movie with that "anous" gag. I'll admit, Napolean Dynamite made me chuckle on or two times but this just looks like a hipster version of Big Fat Liar. I'll bet it makes tons of money though. These faux-indie flicks are really starting to get big.

I think it looks funny.  But then again, I liked both "Napoleon Dynamite" and "Nacho Libre".

The writer/director has a style unlike any other.  But I can see how it's not for most people.

I'm guessing though, like both of the above-mentioned films, the film itself will be nothing like the trailer.

Jared Hess is a great director (for lack of experience), Napy D, Nacho... I love those movies. I've been waiting for this one to come out for about a year and a half now. No doubt it will have tons of great moments just like his last two.

I don't know why you don't like Hess' films, James, but let me tell ya: Jared Hess is one of the few filmmakers that inspired me to wanna do this, behind Robert Rodriguez and George Lucas.

This film definitely caught my interest, but i'm not going to get my hopes up until i read the reviews.

Napoloean Dynamite gave rise to the awkward comedy.

Nacho Libre had some really great moments, but in the wake of Dynamite, my expectations were too high for the movie.

I want this to be a funny/unique film and from the trailer it looks like it will be. The cast is perfect, the directors are good, and the story could go either way. I've got my fingers crossed...

Hey McClung,

If you think Rockwell is wasting his time, check out "Moon" if you still can. Nice, fun movie that about no one saw but he's great in. You definetly get your Rockwell bang for your buck in that one.

No crap, indie is becoming a huge fad. As for the whole anous thing, i doubt that that will carry the whole film, Jared Hess, in neither of his two films ever used the same joke twice. I admit that it looks cheesy, but that's just Jared Hess' style.

I for one can't wait to watch it.
