I've been twittering.  Addictive,  voyeuristic messaging.

I've never twittered, however twittering sounds interesting, as those twitterers who have twittered seem to have enjoyed the twitterly experience.

If one twitters, does that make one a twit?

(Sorry Don, no offence intended)

But I looked at this site and to be honest I don't get it.  What's it supposed to do?  Why would you use it?  I looked for a FAQ and didn't see one.  Maybe I will check again.

I opened an account, but why would anyone want to read my very short ramblings?

I liked that you had to pay your kids with leaves for nails though.

PS. aren't you supposed to use screws when constructing wood structures?

I created an account too.
Why?... I'm not quite sure yet.
I have added it to my blog and linked my phone.

What do you use this twitter site for Don?

I use both screws and nails depending upon what I'm putting together.  I'm framing the walls with nails.  Certain bits are being screwed.

As for this twitter thing.  It is something new that I'm messing around with.  I've been sick as a dog for the past few days and have not been motivated to do much beyond sit and stare at the screen.

Stephen Fry has been twittering alot recently, my only reason for giving it ago. He was stuck in a lift the other day for an hour and twittered his whole way through it. It was quite entertaining.

If anyone does sign up set your sights on "wittertainment" the twitter from UK movie critic Mark Kermode, it is quite fun.

I'm "firstnamesurname" (no space) if you really are bored, and of course know my real first name and surname - not that I have ever written anything, my life is far too boring.

I have only just realised this thread was so old.

I checked out Cornetto and he had 211 followers, I thought that was a bit quick!

Where do people find these posts from?

I've just joined this twitter site.

I've got a long way to go before I catch Stephen Fry's number of followers.

I'll try and look up some SS followers.
