Quick question, when moving from one scene to another say ext. cabin to int. cabin for example and there is no shift in time, instead of writing say day or night in the slug line or should you use continuous like I've been doing in my script?

I do that or just leave that part blank like INT. HOUSE - and I continue on with the script, I don't know if that's right or wrong but who cares... Not me.

Good point, I think you're supposed to use it, just I have quite a few of them so I wasn't sure.  My short spans a bit of time, but most of the action sequences are continuous.

Do it like this - I/E. Cabin - night

That shows that the action takes place both inside and outside. Continuous is for complete changes of setting or switching from one piece of action to another - example

INT. RESTAUARANT - NIGHT

Jenny and Mark eat dinner.

INT. RESTAURANT - CONTINUOUS

Brian and Mary have a fight during their anniversary dinner.

Okay thanks Kujan, that's the way I've been doing it.
