Your script is way too long. Anything over 120 pages is frowned upon, unless you've made a name for yourself. Your script is not formatted correctly and a character list is not necessary. I just scrolled down a few pages. I have been recommended this book to newbies (like me) throughout this forum. I wish I would have checked it out sooner.
