The scripts were judged again in the second (and final) round.  The different judges had different opinions.  That's how it happened.

I see it all the time in homebrew competitions.

Prior to the next GimmeCredit competition, we should do a one week challenge and then send in a slew of similar scripts.  That'll confuse everyone.

I heard from Erica. She reminded me about this thread, and the something extra (Great Dialogue Software) that she would send to the simply scripts member who had the highest score on their contest.
She said since Pia won, she had gotten Great Dialogue Software anyway, and that the next highest score from simply scripts members was mine. (!!!)
So since we had this little side thingy going on, I'm getting a downloadable copy of it, too.

Phil, I only beat you by .5 of a point.

That's great Cindy!
I don't have that software tho...  I want the T-shirt. Everytime I wear my old one people always ask me if I've written anything thy've seen at the movies!   I usually answer with something like "did you ever see Citizen Kane?" . You can see the little wheels in their heads start turning.

And Cindy, thank you so much for the "trinket". I thought it was perfect and my husband thought it was really nice of you. I'm not having a tree this year. First time in my life.  (I still have Halloween stuff in the livingroom) My daughters went out and cut one for their house so it's hanging in their tree.

Pia, I need your address for the trinket.

I was going to get you a chocolate Jet, but I ate it.

Citizen Kane?
That's funny.

So you got the trinket. I'm glad you liked it.
No tree? Awww...
Oh well, I know it's hard to find time to get things done.
You could break a branch off of a tree, and toss some tinsel on it.

Merry Christmas,
Cindy
