Wow, this guy has balls. You should drop him a line and dare him to contact the FBI.
In fact, you should double-dogglebe dare him! |

Quoted from dogglebe I will sue you for defamation of characters and those whom you have been chatting with definetly testify against you. |
Oh, no, Phil. You've defamed his characters. Either this guy has MPD or a bunch of names he just admitted to. Lol. Good times, gooooood times. =) |

There’s not a lot you can do to each other since you’re from different countries. The FBI only handles domestic crimes. About the only thing you can do is ask how you might go about contacting German authorities and give them “Martin Sanders” IP address. They probably won’t do much about it. The IP address probably belongs to an internet café. The worst thing we can do to him is probably just expose him and his various aliases so as to cut down on the number of marks he can dupe. I agree with Bert though that you should challenge the guy to turn you in to the FBI. If he’s stupid enough to contact them, then at least they’ll personally have his IP address for future reference. Breanne {EDIT: Apparently the FBI does occasionally work outside the U.S. The following is from the FBI website: “Concerning arrests on foreign soil, FBI Special Agents generally do not have authority outside the United States except in certain cases where, with the consent of the host country, Congress has granted the FBI extraterritorial jurisdiction.”} |

I've just reported this scam to: http://www.consumerfraudreporting.org/feedback.htmI believe they will contact all the agencies around the world and I believe the FBI are the leading agency worldwide regarding scams on the internet. It's better to forward the email as it should retain the 'headers' and make it easier to track and find this guy. So Phil and Jammin and anyone should forward their emails to: cfr2008a@consumerfraudreporting.org |

If government agencies were able to stop these clowns, they would've done it by now. The only thing that can be done is to educate people about the scammers and waste their time. Try to imagine how much of Sanders' time would've been wasted if fifty people screwed with him like I did.
If everyone who received 419 scam e-mails were to reply back with phony information, these guys would have to find a new way to earn their money. Spread the word!

I don't get what you guys are all upset about. Mr. Sanders just made an offer to represent 'Living the Dream' for the all new low price of 1,000 dollars up front. (He prefers Western Union or Moneygram.) I just have to adjust the script to fit into the Indian Porn Industry (IPI for short) and it'll be golden! I'll be laughing all the way to the bank. If you all are real nice and apologize to the generous Mr. Sanders I'll think about using the millions I make off my 6 page short to produce one of yours. No promises though. Ophelia
PS He told me my script was really his favorite out of all the ones the site! |

Congrats Ophelia! That's great news. For only $1,000, I'd jump all over it! Can you work out the contract so that you'll be onset during the porn shoot? Gota love the IPI!!!! Easily a favorite of mine! |

Board ModeratorAdministrator So, what are you writing?
LocationVirginia Posts13495 Posts Per Day 1.96 |
Martin Sanders (or perhaps his real name is Mr.Charles .Ekwonye) is a pathetic cowardly fuck.
This morning he tried to register to the boards as Shootrajasthan from the exact same ip address as his 'lawyer' and other 'screenwriters' who have benefited from his representation. He didn't stop to actually read the registration instructions and used a fake email address so he couldn't validate his account.
It has been over 24 hours and I haven't heard from the his lawyers. I am disappointed as I would have liked to have had more simpering bullshit from this little worm. I have, however, reported his actions to Deutsche Telekom AG which is the owner of the IP address he has been using.
If you have received an email from Martin "Charles .Ekwonye" Sanders, you might just want to forward it to the email providers abuse address, usually abuse@hotmail.com or abuse@yahoo.com. They usually nuke them pretty quickly and it is fun to watch the email addresses change.

Perhaps it would be fair to point out to "Mr. Sanders" with all his commentary over dragging names through the mud and such, what do you suppose the popular opinion of Shoot Rajasthan among duped, or even unduped, screenwriters is after his antics? I mean, we know they're out of the loop because Phil actually emailed the company, but this guy is actually serving to dirty their name through his scam. I'll bet they could serve him up with some REAL papers, if international law allowed for it (and they felt like it was worth their time).
Oh yeah, this is still one of the best threads ever. |
