Outside of writing I play piano in a band called Sky Architects ( http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=393592271 ) and compose imaginary film scores on the side. I enjoy playing football (again, real football, the kind you play with your feet) though I'll only watch it when Denmark's playing official games (suck it, Portugal!)

I enjoy following and debating politics, religion and the likes, but will never write anything political, and you won't find me in a demonstration shouting slogans that rhyme more than they make sense. I detest crowd culture.

I like old adventure games like Maniac Mansion and its sequel Day of the Tentacle, Monkey Island etc. But also new stuff like COD4, Oblivion and Mass Effect. Am eagerly anticipating Fallout 3.

I've been told I have latent autistic tendencies when it comes to historical dates, and I generally enjoy watching the history channel and Discovery.

Also I can list all the American presidents except two at any given moment.

Oh and I love accents and dialects. When I'm bored I spend time learning different dialects of the English language. My favorite right now is Australian.
Last time I was drunk I started striking up conversation with strangers in a bar and pretended I was in fact from Perth, and only in Denmark studying, but as it turned out all the bartenders in the bar that nigh were aussies themselves.  And it was upposed to be an Irish pub!
That didn't deter me though as I tried to get chummy with a cute girl from Sydney, still insisting we were from the same country...

Good times.

On the topic of Aussie Rules footy, this is what happens in our game when a player kicks his 100th goal for the season.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLPiAdLMhkg&feature=related

The player is Hawthorn's Lance "Buddy" Franklin, who many people think is on the way to becoming the game's greatest player ever. He's 6 foot 6 and can run like the wind. This Saturday Hawthorn will be playing Geelong in one of the most eagerly anticipated grand finals in years. Geelong won the premiership last year and only dropped one game this year in the regular season. It should be a cracker of a game.

Hey TJ

You guys sound pretty good. Some of your songs reminded me of Coldplay.

Metal, drinking and Texas Holdem.

On the more productive side, editing has officially become my second favorite part of the filmmaking process. Almost as fun as writing, as there's definitely a lot of parallels between the two. Unfortunately, it's much more time consuming.

I think enough people, here, know that I homebrew and make mead.  I'm also a member of the Society of Creative Anachronisms, where I'm hoping to learn how to make cordials and stuff.  I've also taken up archery (something I put down many years ago) again.  Next year, I'll probably take up juggling; at a recent Renfaire, I was surprised by how few jugglers I saw.

Yeah, Don, but everybody knows you have giant, freak of nature, watermelon balls.  You obviously don't apply in this conversation.

Actually, I'm hung like a mouse.  No one was more surprised than me when the DNA tests came back and showed the boys were actually mine...

That could be true, but being hung and having giant watermelon balls are two different things.

See?  This is why "After Dark" ended as a huge failure.  You just weren't up to speed on your genitalia.

Are you hung like a mouse or is the mouse hung like you?
