I've been lurking for a few days and finally took the plunge so to speak. I'm an on and off again kind of writer. I do a lot of short stories, but I find my real passion to be screenplays.

I have a couple that I am currently working on. One I've been kicking around off and on for some time. It's been rewritten several times and covered once. I think I'm on my way to having this thing ready for the world to see.

The other one is still in the very early stages, but I really like how it feels.

I've found that I do my best writing when I already know the ending ahead of time. Without that, I have garbage. I also carry a notebook for ideas and whatnot. My brain never stops writing.

I look forward to getting to know everyone here.

Welcome to Simply, cynatnite.

I'd advise you to read a couple of shorts here, maybe leave some feedback too.  It's all welcome, whatever your experience, and members here will repay you by reading yours when you post.  It's the best way to get feedback on your work.

I'm sure you'll enjoy it here, people can be very helpful.

Welcome aboard Cynatnite,

SS works best as a quid pro quo forum...
But make sure you critique work of active members.
Many accounts post and run, expecting one sided feedback.
Reading regular contributors will increase your chances of getting reads back.

Good luck and keep writing and rewriting!

Regards,
E.D.
