I've recently been in contact with an independent filmmaker that wants to make Leaf Peepers come to life! I couldn't have gotten even to this beginning step of having a dialogue with a film maker without this website. Thanks guys!

(P.s. I have made some changes to the script but the link is still for the original I uploaded.)
Thanks! I have no illusions that it may go nowhere but the possibility of my first script being made into something is so exciting. Also side note - that sticky thread "so you got an email about your script.." was extremely helpful in deciding how to respond. Again I have to thank this great community and the wealth of knowledge here.
Don, I haven't sold the rights. I've essentially given him my permission to use it, I didn't ask about money because it's just a little short. My dream is to see my first script come to life and as far as right now that's happening! If he requests the script to come down I'll ask out of courtesy but I've retained the rights to my property. I will definitely keep you all updated! Thanks for all the congrats!

Very wise move. I held on to the rights to one of my shorts and watched it get made (and not released) 3 times. I finally sold the rights to a serious filmmaker who just wrapped production.

I wouldn't call a 45-page script "a little short". I've given my permission for two of my own scripts posted here, but they are 1-1,5 pages long. 45 pages are, well, half a feature.
But congratulations, anyway. I hope everything goes the way you wish.
