Yes, I understand all the points. I'll re-work my outline a bit and if anyone is interested in checking it out let me know before we go any further? This is something that really interests me because it shows more of the emotional side of police work and not just the action side that most films show. So by the weekend if anyone wants to check it out, let me know?

Taken the piss?  Have you ever spent serious time on a script for someone, only to have the project dropped?  I've had it happen many times.  Complete waste of time.
