Out of curiousity, because I heard so much about the contreversial re-write by Robert M Kamen (2) on the 1988-89 Punisher, I wanted to have a look. Two things jumped out me:

1 - "First draft" ? Hardly. Robert Kamen took over for Boaz Yakin and rewrote/edited him. Yakin (later who became a director of Fresh and Remember The Titans) got the screen credit for 88/89 Punisher. Some of Yakin's work still remains in this draft. Page 81, in fact, is the dead giveaway. This is the passage that allegedly got Yakin fired. Yakin had always claimed that he did everything he could to keep the Punisher skull in. Kamen, in the interviews he done w/ Comics Scene and other genre magazines at the time  promoting Punisher 89 confirms this. I have them.

2- Unless they shot all white pages, This is the shooting script.

The scripts are what they are, Darren.. Make of them what you will because they came that way...

Any disputes as to the authenticity and draft and dates, well, that's how they came, buddy..

That's the strange world of script trading for you, or was...
