Though I have been long waiting to see this film I finally did and it was great! Though most people went to go see this film because of Paris Hilton the movie itself was Great unlike the recent flood of horror flicks. House of Wax has everything a good movie should have a scary villain, excessive violence/gore and full impact Jolts. I do have to warn you though if you loved the original, Remake isn't at all to describe this film because it has nothing from the original except pieces of the storyline and the title. Now, why everyone wanted to see this film was to see if Paris's Acting went down the drain and suprisingly it didn't she wasn't that bad of an actress and I found one of the other lead roles worse (I won't say who).

Overall, if your into slasher flicks, texas chainsaw massacre, You will love this, even though the storylines been done so many times this movie still makes it brilliant!!

This was a pointless and mundane re-maike that had very little to do with the original, if anything at all but the name its self.

I hated the movie from the word go and the characters in this one made me wish they'd die the most insaine horrible deaths of all time. I hated the complete rip off tie in's to the tourist trap among many other great horror films to boot. I hated this film and don't and wouldn't ever reccomend it to anyone.

I knew exactly what was coming down at every turn and the token black guy with the white girl is so fuggin' old now... I can't wait to see the terrorist with the white girl next... when's that take place?

Amyways... bad movie and even worse dialouge

The only thing I liked was the melting wax house, don't ask me why.

It was alright. When I first saw it at the cinema I thought it was great *with Vincent being so cool and all*. Now that i've thought about it, it wasn't THAT great, but still a good movie none the less.

I haven't seen the original so oh well.

I think the only reason to see it would be to see Paris Hilton('s character, I mean) get killed. If you're a Paris Hilton hater. Kidding.
