Well, I saw this film on the weekend and I was going to see Corpse Bride next weekend so I decided to go to Into the Blue because im a fan of Alba and Walker. Now, you shouldn't expect much from this movie but if your in for some friday night action/thriller flick its awsume! The director doesn't seem to quite know what theme he's going with for the movie the first half is this action treasure/adventure movie and then in the second half it turns into this thriller, suspense movie! But, the director definately took advantage of having Jessica Alba in his movie almost every shot was on Alba's body along with Paul Walker. Jessica looked gorgeous in this movie, they casted the usual heart throb cast.

So, if your bored on a friday night and looking for a action/thriller with drugs, sharks and Jessica Alba check this out you won't be disappointed it's very entertaining!

& Jessica Alba looks like someone smacked her in the face with a shark fin. ... I find her to be repulsive in everyway... right down to her inflated ass lips and that stupid look on her face that screams "Deer in the headlights"

I hate her acting. I hate her movies. I hate her style. I hate her... I also hate how people give these women so much padding for their ego's... Why?

I don't find Paris Hilton, Jessica Alba, Jennifer Garner, Jennifer Aniston, Pamela Anderson, Cameron Diaz and a whole host of others... Attractive in the least bit. They're all pretty mundane and boring looking. They all look like someone you'd wish something bad to happen to cause they think they're so great.

I agree with Pamela Anderson I think she just looks like a skank but Paris and Jessica are my favourites I like Cameron too! But still I think Alba is beautiful!

Ah, good old Balt, once again I have to agree with damn near every word you said. So many times talk about a movie like Sin City will default to "And did you see Jessica Alba in the cowgirl outfit?" Yes, yes I did. And I didn't much care for it.

Man, but did you see that cowgirl outfit?  And why was she invisble throughout "The Fantastic Four?"  I finally realized why that movie sucked so bad!

What about Ashley Scott, xo_keVv? I was a big fan of hers in this short-lived series called Birds of Prey. Was she good in Into the Blue? I'm kind of mad that she barely even got shown in ANY of the trailers.

Meant to hate? Alright, I can deal with that. Yeah, she's a good actress.

SPOILERS

I found this film to be very disappointing, not even as action-packed as the trailers claimed it to be. It's a beautifully shot film and the director likes filming the four characters in the water a lot, but seriously...nothing happens for the first hour!

Here's the story:

A plane carrying coke crashes into the ocean during a storm. Divers, Jarred and Sam, are looking for a supposedly sucken ship with gold on it or something(The Zepher), but all the locals believe it is a myth. Jarred laywer friend, Bryce, comes to vacation with his new "crack-whore" girlfriend, Amanda. All have fun jet skiing and diving and ultimately find the sucken plane with the crack. Sam and Jarred are skeptical about finding it and have no intentions on distributing it, unlike Amanda and Bryce.  Amanda and Bryce secretly sell the coke and soon enough all the friends are in trouble. Blah blah blah happens and they later find themselves in trouble with the British or Australian guy who's crack it was, which later turns into a bloody and violent 25 minutes toward the end.

It's an okay film, just nothing great. The highlight was BIG SPOILER ---- Ashley Scott's death. It was nasty and painful and gory.

Check it out if you're trying to waste 2 hours.

**1/2 out of *****
