There's no reason for me to go into the plot of this because you already know it.

If you are a Muppet's fan, you will probably get a kick of this movie.  It's not a fantastic  movie but it has most of the Muppet regulars and humour so it's great for fans.

However, this is not a kids movie.  I honestly don't know what audience they were going for but there were many jokes I would consider adult jokes in this movie - well not adult necessarily but older kids jokes.  Like mentions of Girls Gone Wild or nipple play.  A child isn't going to get those things.  I laughed though.

As a Muppet fan, I would recommend this, but as a Wizard of Oz fan I would not.

The reason is they took this charming innocent story about values like family and home and turned it into a selfish quest for fashion and stardom.  And while those things might be the values of today, IMHO that ruined this movie.

So this is a no from me.
