Hahahah this movie was awesome. Check it out to see every significant moment from Die Hard and The Rock re-created by a vastly inferior cast and crew. The only thing more epic than this flick's commitment to ripping off two great action films was its commitment to shitting all over US conservatives. The old white right-wingers in this film are somewhere between the evil Tex Richman from the new Muppets movie and Mussolini. I honestly don't think Michael Moore himself could have done a wackier job with these guys.

Utter, utter stupidity. Hilarious.

I was very unimpressed and underwhelmed with this vastly inferior take to Olympus has Fallen on the WHite House being taken over.

I was shocked at how damn slow this was out of the gate with literally no action or anything close to it.  I think it was over 20 minutes of pure dull BS.

Biggest issues with me was the goofy, cheesy, jokey tone that runs wild throughout and even though there's quite al;ot of violence, none of it comes off the way it should because of the goofiness.

I understand this was supposed to be a big $150 Million Summer Blockbuster, but it's just far too foolish in all regards to be taken remotely seriously, after the much more realistic and hard core Gerard Butler flick that preceeded it.

Once things get going, the action rarely lets up nd things blow up, get destroyed and we play musical chairs as Presidents come and go.

THis is just too immature for most, I'm afraid.  The very end really sums it all up for me, as Channing Tatum's character "reveals" who the mastermind really is, and to Channing's accusations, "he" says, "You can't prove anything", and then Channing proceeds to prove it. Really?  OMG...

Although reasonably enjoyable, this was a HUGE miss for me on just about every level when it really comes down to it.
