Portraits by Higgs Boson - Play, Theatre of the Absured - "Portraits" uses a quirky host to guide readers through an avant-garde play that combines dark humor, tragic figures, farcical situations, and the grotesque in order to tear away the masks we all wear and expose the senselessness of the human condition. Portraits combines a common setting of two portraits which hang next to each other with a dysfunctional law firm, an inconvenient death and a birthday party, to explore the divorce between action and language that we all experience as we muddle through life. 34 pages - pdf, format

108 pages is a lot longer than the listed 34 pages.

I love theatre. I grew up in the theatre. If I was an art director and this came across my desk, I'd say "pass" only because it's not formatted as a manuscript should be. I have no idea how long the play would really be because it's not formatted as it should be.

I like the idea of it. I respect the effort it takes to write a play.

As it is, though, it's difficult to read.
