Hi, high, hello…

Just a quick ping of the board to see if there’s any Adobe Acrobat Gurus out there that might allow me to pick their brain for a moment? Main reason being… trying to get the script posted on this here thread to work with all formats: PC, Apple, etc.

I ask because, I noticed Don is doing some housekeeping and removing old and/or disabled links and thought I should check all my Dropbox (script) links to be sure none were broken ect. All good, except when I got to this one.

Anyway, long story short, this script was kind of an experimental ‘interactive’ click through I put together using simple Boolean operations in Acrobat: (if true goto page - n, if false goto page – x, etc). After it went live (months ago) I loaded the document in my iPad to test the document links, and they worked fine, and it works fine when loaded into an Acrobat Reader on the desktop, but now… the document links (simple Yes/No in the PDF) do not seem to work when previewed in Dropbox using a desktop PC, and I’ve tried with Firefox and Edge browsers… nada. Yet, iPad links works fine using Safari, go figure.

Just curious if anyone else has had issues with document links within a PDF hosted on Dropbox not functioning properly? If so, were you able to resolve? If not, no worries, I’ll ask the Don to host this particular script as opposed to having the link go to Dropbox… after he’s done cleaning house of course, lol.

Thanks kindly.
