"filled with 15 people" - you could just state "people", otherwise the question arises why exactly 15.
I think you could built up to Mike going to the bathroom and start that by introducing Mike. if it's a comedy, Mike should make funny excuses why he needs a bathroom retreat so often. Also, she can't just make a cheating assumption just because he went there a bit too often. There should be something in the middle - anything to support that argument. Someone who did the same and cheated - that's not enough.
Maybe she can follow him to the bathroom. There Mike could put a phone ring on to fight the diarhea noises. She thinks someone calls him. She gets caught in the men's bathroom...
