Not sure if our friends overseas saw his commercials, but everyone here in the U.S. knows him I'm sure. Everyone pretty much remembers him as the "loud-mouthed"salesman from the Oxi-Clean commercials.

Quoted Text
According to the Tampa PD, the 50-year-old TV pitchman was found unresponsive by his wife Deborah at 7:45 AM.

TMZ has learned Mays' body has already been removed from his home.

Mays had just returned from Philadelphia, where he shot a new OxiClean commercial. He was a passenger aboard a plane that suffered a blown front tire upon landing. He told a local TV station, "All of a sudden as we hit you know it was just the hardest hit, all the things from the ceiling started dropping. It hit me on the head, but I got a hard head."

RIP

I think we're scraping the bottom of the barrel, here, with celebrity death.  Mays was a salesman on infomercials.

I hope everyone else stays healthy for a while because I'm getting annoyed with all these death threads.

Patrick Swayze is probably next, truth be told...

But this is a shock...Billy Mayes gone too.  Sure he wasn't an A-list icon, but he was in more homes more often than most of those A-list guys and gals ever were.

I think he had a reality show on Discover too.

My brother in-law was going to use him for a commercial, but he found out Mays was the most expensive person there is for commercials. I guess he was very effective.

Holy shit! No!

Anyway, too bad about Mays. Who's gonna be the "ultimate salesman" now? Vince Offer's just about finished after beating up that hooker.

Hey! You have got to see this! The newest, most revolutionary medical advancement in the history of medicine. RESURRECT SPRAY! That's right, like the name says, you got a loved one that just passed on? Hit 'em with a can of this and you're back in business! And what a value we have for you today, but only if you call now. Let me tell you about this value...

...you won't just get one Resurrect Spray, you won't get just two Resurrect Sprays, AND you won't get three, YOU get FOUR Resurrect Sprays if you call right now!

Imagine, you and four of your closest freinds, brought back from the dead with Resurrect Spray!

That's a huge value, all for just four easy payments! Okay?!?

Anthony Sullivan.  No doubt.
