... or rather, they're about to.

To those who don't haunt Phil's facebook page, they're about to release Phil from the hospital.  He went in yesterday for gastro reconstructive surgery.  Everything looks pretty good right now - except that he's stuck eating mush for the next several weeks.

I'm starting to think he LIKES going to the hospital.  This is turning into a trend...

Take the sick baby.
Get him outta the hospital.

Poor guts.

Good mush.
Good, good mush.

Just don't let him use those abdominal muscles at all.
I had a family member sit up in bed, silly stringed her gastric bypass needlework, died of sepsis a week later.
Stupid.

Mush is good.
Mush is your friend.
And people, too.

GL, guys!

Lol - at first glance I thought "Phil" was a movie. Then I thought... well... that they've released him from jail or something.

And only when I read "hospital"... Although it might be a code name.

Anyway, have a speedy recovery, Phil!

Shawn, good one!

Rick - unfortunately, Phil's heartburn got so bad that it basically ate the bottom of his esophagus.  So they had to go in, lop off some stomach and reconstruct everything.

Good news - he's as snarky as ever!

Jesus. Sounds nasty.

I thought the sock had been quite quiet of late.

Glad to hear he's on the mend.

Hope that helps...
