If we send in another draft before the end date, will the last one you submit go up?

I want to cry a little. I don't have time even to scratch my head this week, and I really don't want to miss this challenge. What to do?

I heard payapl works wonders for those who don't have the creativity at this time

Just submitted my second draft. I like how polished this version is.

Again, good luck to everybody.

Came up with an idea yesterday, wrote half of it last night – will finish the rest tonight hopefully. Don’t have time to do a second draft so this is going to be pure vomit.

The premise of the OWC makes me think we'll see a lot of similarity in the stories but time will tell, always does, and you guys are very creative and surprising, so I'm looking forward to reading these.

i will be interested to see what folk come up with. usually they are all so different and i expect that to be the case this time, but you never know with such tight criteria.

reading starts next week, which is good for me as I'm on holiday, but we shall see.

thanks Don

I'm predicting lots of sex and murders in elevators. (Sometimes in the same script.)

Just sayin'...

Not really much you can do with an elevator tbh, it's a weird setting...

Almost like you're trying to pull a story out of thin air.

Although I have watched an entire film set in an elevator and it was really cool, can't remember what it was but somebody ended up bein dead in the lift.

Hopefully in that order.

I finally got an idea that I don't downright hate. Jotted my thoughts down a few minutes ago and ended up with a decent half-page treatment. One and a half days left to make a script of it now.

Congrats to everyone that's submitted and good luck to everyone still going. You can do it!

If there's no penguins in any of these scripts, I'm gonna be angry.

Only three films came to mind, it sounds like Devil, a from a five years ago (and all film is subjective, so "really cool" is up for debate) but I expect at least one entry to give a tip of the hat to Dutch writer/director Dick Mass ( '83's De Lift and the 2011 remake The Shaft)
