Hello! Hello!

I like the way you preserved the tone from the original story in your script, but the thing is your script is quite tough to follow (at least for me). I could see a couple of nice ideas here, but it takes too little difference with the original story that it's felt like just changing the story into a script format. Overall, it's a nice effort, though.

Best,
Kevin

Even as an inanimate Skull begins to talk and a woman flashes the audience for no discernible reason, I have to admit there's something intriguing about this one.

“MERKE: I came for you.”

Intrigue is beginning to yield to confusion. I'm finding it hard to explain anything I've read without resorting to the possible digestion of those mushrooms the characters talked about.

Finished. Yeah, I can't make sense of anything I just read. It's written well enough that I assume there is an explanation, but I think I may have needed to alter my own state of consciousness beforehand to get it.

Some notes.

This one has some nice elements.  I wasn't sure about the whole logging thing.  Needed?  It would be enough for her to find the skull in some other fashion.  And the ending was too easy.  I would think mom and pop would certainly recognize bone splinters in the marrow.  That's me.

Best

I struggled with this.

I never got my head completely around what was going on.

There are a few good visuals and the writting is generally good but the story just has too many blanks for me.
