This one's a little off the beaten path, but I think it's a great scene.

Unfortunately, I don't have a youtube link, but IMHO, the best movie scene comes from 'The Big Chill.'  In it, Sam and Michael (played by Tom Berringer and Jeff Goldblum) discuss sex.

Michael: I don't know anyone who could get through the day without two or three juicy rationalizations. They're more important than sex.

Sam Weber: Ah, come on. Nothing's more important than sex.

Michael: Oh yeah? Ever gone a week without a rationalization?

Anyone who needs to see good characterization and dialogue should buy this movie.

Never heard of it. Has it been released yet? Who's the chubby white guy?

You've seriously never heard of Pulp Fiction?  It came out 13 years ago.  Oh well.  I still recommend you go and see it on DVD or something cause that's a classic.

Haha. That's a beauty. 'Happiness' had heaps of wrong (yet funny), scenes in it.
Imagine the poor buggers who went and saw on a first date. How awkward would that have been?

However, my favorite dialogue driven movie of all time is "When You Comin’ Back, Red Ryder?" Nearly everything that comes out of Marjoe Gortner's mouth is gold. Unfortunately there aren’t any scenes from it on You Tube.

Imo. the best shootout scene ever.

I offer competition:

And speaking of True Romance, here is what I think may be the best scene ever to take place during the second act of a film:
