I guess one of them would be Watchmen

Bet I'll get slammed for that

Love it or hate it, it was a powerful movie

Isle 10- A series I'm currently writing with my friend Adam and it will go into production soon. Think The Office meets 10 Items or Less.

It depends on the influence you're referring to. The thread is "Movies that influenced WHO YOU ARE." Who I am is made up of my upbringing, my experiences, my decisions, and the consequences of those decisions. My choices dictate my lifestyle, and most of  those choices were directly influenced by my parents (whether I'm willing to admit it or not).

Now, if you're talking about style and such, then I can point to movie influences for some of them, but a lot of what I write is heavily influenced by who I am. For instance, I have three children, so I rarely write about children since I don't wish to put them in danger. If children are present, they are never so much as injured (they also aren't usually major characters). Why is this? Well, I know children are put in danger and they are hurt and even killed, but since I tend to feel for characters in stories, I don't want to put myself in the position to consider how I would feel if my own children were in those situations. That decision is not influenced by any movie at all.

I watch movies to see HOW to write things -- what works and what doesn't. I watch them to see where to go when stumped. Sometimes, I am inspired by a movie to do something similar, and it can be said that the product was influenced by that original, but who I am didn't change because of it.

Movies are fiction. I make myself based on reality.

I was influenced by Clerks, the Randal and Dante characters really twisted the way I speak and think about sexual related topics.

Those who believe that they are the best, the most popular, the go to guy, those are usually the ones who need the most help.

No, not really, NC-17 sexual related dialog can't be, but for some reason it stuck to me, and it influenced my type of writing, smart and stupid all at the same time, have you ever watched it?
