Well I didn't get in. The fact I haven't already got a degree and my age counted against me. The way it worked, if you didn't have a first degree for entry then they would want you to be older.

Got some good advice from the lecturer though. Experiment more, try concentrating on characters more and try to get some formative feedback. I mentioned getting feedback from this site and MP but he's suggesting a part-time course - He runs one himself at a local cinema.

He encouraged me to enter again next year though and once again said that he saw promise in the work I sent him, so it's not really bad news. Going to push it further this coming year and have another crack at it in 12 months.
