I posted this in the Sanctuary thread, but it was suggested by someone smarter than me that I create a separate thread, as the info gets easily lost in the original.

I'd love for everybody to check out our Kickstarter campaign--just launched--for my short, directed by Garrett Adams and produced by Karen Kay Ross.

Getting even closer...12 hours to go. We have major donors lined up to pop for a series of goals based on the number of backers we get. So...one dollar donations from new contributors puts us closer to up to $7,000 in large donations.

Woohoo! We did it.

Raised just over $20,000 grand...though I haven't yet verified, but I don't think that counts the $7000 matching funds. So...$27,000?

A reminder...since I wasn't managing the campaign, I can't see the backer's names. So, I only know who gave if you let me know. So...shoutout to anyone who gave but hasn't posted here. I very much appreciate it, and would thank you personally if I could.

Bit of fun news...with the finishing funds, we're able to speed up post-production. The goal: apply to Sundance. It's a moonshot for sure...but, sure is fun to think about.
