I think it would be good to bring Dick Grayson young as a supporting character and have him training to be Robin, but not become Robin until he is older (maybe after two movies).
BTW, there's a good movie short on ifilm.com called 'Grayson' that worth watching.

I agree with statements before, if there's going to be a teenage boy in the movie as Robin - it won't be as dark as Begins and dark and gritty like Begins is what we want. |

Wot he said!!!
They definately need to establish Batman as a lone wolf before they even 'consider' bringing in a sidekick... 'Robin' was a huge mistake in the original movie series, one of many that started with the hiring of Schumacher. |

Give Dick his own movie, skip the sidekick thing and make him Nightwing already, who agrees? Nightwing is darker than Robin. I want to see a Nightwing movie. |

I'd rather see Nightwing .. him growing out of Batman's shadow and make a name for himself. |

Found this at movies dot com.
"The Joker's Not a Virgin Steve Carell put an end to rumors that he's the next Joker, which leaves the door open for the humorless Paul Bettany. Even worse, producers weren't so turned off by the TomKat fiasco to boot the one cast member who can't act: Katie Holmes will continue her Scientology-fueled Hollywood ladder-climbing."

the katie holmes rumor doesn't scare me... it's not like she's going to have a big part... there have already been rumors for a new love interested... isla fisher from wedding crashers was rumored once too, but that was apparently false. |

Brody would be a fantastic JOKER... he has a great look to him and an almost scary brilliance to him on screen. I've been a huge fan of all of his work... how ever big or small the role may be.
