"There will be many more Spider-Man films to come," Marvel Studios' Producer Kevin Feige told MTV. "We already have stacks of ideas for the next one because of the wealth of stories in the comics. We could be making Spider-Man movies for the next 20 years, based on the 50 years of Spider-Man history we have."
If you head on over to FreezeDriedMovies you can read some interesting news on which possible villains you'll be seeing in Spider-Man 4. Beware of some spoilers if you haven’t seen the third film.
Though earth and man are gone, I thought the cube would last forever. I WAS WRONG.
If sam raimi doesnt do it, kiersten and toby won't. I wonder if the guy from freeze dried movies realizes that. They've stated it repeatedly, I at least read it in EW and saw Toby say it on the Daily Show.
Raimi and McGuire have both said they'd do Spider Man 4 so I don't doubt this will come to pass. Then again, opening weekend's over and the new one hasn't even earned half it's budget back (that's what happens when your movie over five hundred million dollars) and the reviews haven't been great, exactly. Maybe they'll decide to call it a day after 3. But yeah, were they to make a fourth movie, it'd be the same people behind it.

This is the big problem in Hollywood these days. The margins are tiny on these big budget films. Remember the days when the movies cost a couple million to produce and the movie grossed $10-20 million? What happened to these movies? If I were investing, I would prefer to put my money into a lot of those films, rather then drop the whole goose egg into a couple hundred million dollar movie. Anybody remember "Waterworld"?
Now, I really think we need a recast for Spider-man 4. Peter Parker and MJ both need to be recast. Their performances degrade with each movie. The hair over the eyes was very weak and poor acting. Come on. The scenes, where we see the suit imposing a darker side to Peter Parker, should have been either re-written or edited out.
