i hate to be an instigator, but this movie WILL suck paranormal baby balls. you didnt see the trailer for G-Force and say, "I'm not going to judge this until I actually see it"
however you make a point. IF it gets good reviews, ill question my judgement in movies forever
I wasn't impressed with the first film. It was good as far as film qaulity goes, but the surprises in it that were supposed to freak me as the viewer out just didn't happen. It had potential, but I wouldn't recommend it to fans of horror. To me, the first Paranormal Activity was a let-down.
I just hope there's more "paranormal activity" in this film than bumps and thumps, moving furniture, animals barking at unseen entities, etc. There has to be substance to this film for it to work. The first film was marketed really well so that's why it did so great.
I'll probably wait for a DVD release to see it.
If you can't beat 'em, then get yourself a bigger stick! John Mavity

The trailer to the original was very misleading. All those scenes where the audience was jumping out of there seats just didn't happen for me.
The only thing that impressed me with the first one was when the wife stood by the bed, staring at her husband, and the time lapse photography showed several hours passing.
