Passengers aboard a flight across the Pacific Ocean encounter a supernatural force in the air, they are not alone.
Anybody else looking forward to this? I think 2013 is going to be the year for horror, putting aside remakes, this movie looks super good, and IMO is super good.
After countless hours searching online I came across the script last month. It was really good. Not groundbreaking, but it was a refreshing read with some really great ideas. It stars Leslie Bibb, Ryan Kwanten, Amy Smart, Scout Taylor Compton among others.
Don't think there's a release yet. Not even a poster. Just the trailer and that's it. There's an air of mystery around this and that's what I like. The script certainly lived up to my expectations, but it may not be for everyone.

I actually really loved the trailer. And I can tell you it's not your average run of the mill haunted house story, although the trailer might give that impression off to some people.

I think I liked it for the most part. There are some scenes that definitely struck out to me: the 'cargo' scene with Laura and when the two prankster guys sneak upstairs.
I'm not quite sure if certain scenes will translate well to the screen, for example, the 'creature'-thing with red eyes crawling on the nose of the plane toward Captain Hanning... that would probably look like CGI cheese. I'm also not too sure how all the mist/ghostly scenes will look.
There was a lot of mis-directions with the wooden box, the ghost of Lance, that really never went anywhere with the final 'revolution'... they were just there.
But I did like the ending. I thought it was going to be a typical, cop-out ending but there was more to it and if filmed correctly, it could be immensely chilling to view.
