If I had to make a list of five, here they are.

Polyamorous - Breaking Benjamin
San Dimas - Dead and Divine
Heroes Get Remembered - Four Year Strong
Lights Out - Letterkills
Blame Me - Dropping Daylight

I wouldn't say they're my favorite of all time. but they're definitely my favorite at this time. anyone know of these songs?

My Scripts:
Just Another Day - [short/suspense]

Upcoming:
Just Another Day (re-write)
Biohazard

Amerie - Why Don't We Fall in Love

It was a cool R&B track back in '02, and Amerie quickly became my favorite artist of all time. The song is very unique and distinctive, especially coming from some random R&B chick, but most importantly...it reminds me of my first love...

My favorite songs change every few weeks or so, but my current favorite songs are:

Parabol/Parabola - Tool (this one has stood tall for years)

Milk It, Blew - Nirvana

Trigger Happy Jack - Poe

I Put a Spell On You - The Animals

Hope vol. II, Path, Faraway vol. II - Apocalyptica

Roads - Portishead

Helter Skelter - The Beatles

Nothing Else Matters - Joe Lynn Turner & Gene Simmons (it's superior to the Metallica version)

Closer - Lacuna Coil

Angels, It's the Fear, What Have You Done, Enter - Within Temptation

Death Walking Terror - Cannibal Corpse (yeah...I get insane sometimes)

Golgotha Tenement Blues - Machines of Loving Grace

Hell's Bells - AC/DC

as a huge beatle fan, it's hard to pick one as a favorite. But Penny Lane is probably the best.  my faves at the moment are The Shock of the Lightning and I'm Outta Time by Oasis.

Since high school, I've only had three songs that have been my favorite, and they still move around a bit.  Current ranking is:

The Fountain of Lamneth - Rush
Friday I'm in Love - The Cure
Smile and Wave - Little League

The list gets a bit more fluid after that, but the ones at the top are still relatively stable.  Current top ten is rounded out with:

Drowning Lessons - My Chemical Romance
Wounded - Third Eye Blind
A Passion Play - Jethro Tull
Heart Carved Tree - Knapsack
Logan to Government Center - Brand New
Everlong - Foo Fighters
The Crowing - Coheed & Cambria

I have nothing that you can read.

Oldies but goodies:

Smile Empty Soul - Live Forever

Bionic Jive - Ricochet

Buck Cherry - Crazy Bitch

New Shit:

One Day As A Lion - Wild International

Muhammad
And Christ would life
Would lay
Your body down
To a tune
So wild international
In the desert
Full of bullets
Let your body rot
With my chrome
With my verse
With my body rock

Down in the hole / Jesus tries to crack a smile / Beneath another shovel load

Yes, so difficult to narrow down to 5...so I'll throw in 7.  I'll have to go with 7 that are "classics", tried and true with me, although there are countless "new" songs over teh last couple years that very easily could climb into this list at some point.

Here we go...in no particular order...

Ornament - Trans Siberian Orchestra
Comfort Me - Shadow Gallery
Heaven and Hell - Black Sabbath
Believe - Savatage
Rime of the Ancient Mariner - Iron Maiden
Red Barchetta - RUSH
Another Day - Dream Theater

Sorry to all my other favorites out there!  I haven't forgotten you and wish this list could be the top 250.

Happy New Year to all!

I just can't pick a favorite. I like almost everything.

I do enjoy The Beatles still and am listening to Across The Universe right now.

There's just so much excellent music it's hard for me to say.

What's coming to mind right now is a collection of music from Cats.

If I could see the live performance of Cats, that would be excellent, but that's not one song.

If my mind drifts to solo artists I think of Bette Midler, Anne Murray, Frank Sinatra, Johnny Cash, Nelly Furtado, Elton John,

Groups: Fleetwood Mac, Supertramp, 3 Doors Down, Crosby Stills and Nash, Creedence Clearwater, Dire Straights, Barenaked Ladies (I love those guys), Nickelback, (excellent feel to their music)...

Oh, I don't know, the only music I don't like is some of that screaming music of Corn type groups, but I did have a young friend who loved that type of music and she was a real sweetheart.

Here's an upbeat song: Yasha Kel

It means: Straight to the Creator

Happy listening!!!

Happy New Year!!!

Sandra
