To be honest I don't know about InkTip. I've posted scripts there in the past and I remember there being a box to fill out a registration number. I don't remember if it was mandatory or optional however.  


InkTip and Talenville both ask for WGA or LoC registration info.
Right down to the actual WGA certification number.
I guess that protects them from any disputes over intellectual property.

Personally, I use both services.
For a small fee, it buys me some peace of mind.
