Just curious as to how many of our members interact with each other by phone, and if so how often?

The reason I ask is because I am currently paying for this ridiculous phone package that includes free long distance (domestically anyway, not sure about international)and I don't use it nearly often enough.

that would be cool, I kinda wonder what some of the people here sound like.

I'd give my number out on a pm, but not out in the open.

Isn't Skype or something like that also a free service to talk?

I have a cellphone but sadly when my brother signed himself up and I got one for free he signed up to the wrong service and local calls are free but not long distance.

Do text messages count as "long distance?"

The Higgonaitor talks to so many ladies on the phone that he loses track as to whether or not they are from simplyscripts.

(survey says: no)

I haven't talked personally other than through PM with any members, I don't think. Other than Curse, and thats through AIM.

And I hate talking on the phone. I sound like such a nerd. Not because of my voice or anything...I just CAN'T talk on the phone...and thats bad for such a good looking guy like me.

Come on. You know I'm purdy.

I have never talked to anyone on here other than on the message boards.

Maybe like one or two PM's but they only went one round.

By the way Tomson/Pia did you ever send me that script you wanted me to read?  I haven't heard from you since you asked me and I haven't seen it in my mailbox.

If you did, and I missed it, I apologize.

Oh and just to let you all know, the breakdancing bear in my avatar owns all.  He accepts all challenges, but has never been beaten.  You have been warned.

If everybody got Skype we could all conference I believe and "talk" on a free phone service type thingy.

That way you can discuss screenwriting and not get charged your first-born child because most of us live so far apart.

I am not exactly sure if Skype allows a mass conference but from what I've been told, it might.

Looked at the website, and it appears that a skype conference can hold up to 5 people.  If anyone's interested in doing it, I'll get in on it by either downloading skype or providing my home number since you can call landlines and cellphones until the end of the year.

I have skype, I dowloaded it for something.

The only problem is I am not home during the day which is when most of you guys are most active on the board which means I get left out. Unless I get laid off again which is looking to be the case and then I'll have so much free time my head will explode.

I'm a pretty boring person to talk to, kind of like Tim Allen's comedy.

I don't talk to people from this board, but I do talk to people whom I've met over the internet on my Moble (Cell).
