As I was posting this, I was reminded of one of my favorite scenes from one of my favorite movies, Ed Wood. Ed is interviewing with Mr. Weiss to direct his movie, I Changed My Sex. Ed asks, "Is there a script?" and Mr. Weiss replies, "F*ck no, but there's a poster!"
I've got a complete basic outline concept, with a beginning, a middle and an end, and now I've got a logline I'd like your thoughts on, but I have no title. So The scene would be:
"Is there a title?" "F*ck no, but there's a logline!"
Anyway, here it is: When a committed bachelor finds a crazed woman in his living room claiming to be his wife, he’s forced to face the ghosts of what might have been to help her get back where she belongs.
A little hard to get at not knowing the story or the genre. But I'll take a stab.
Living room too specific - just go with home or even more general than that
Not sure you need crazed - it implies she is nuts - but is she?? Or has she just been placed in a different reality? I would go with something like mysterious

It is a tough task without knowing details. It is a science fiction story and you are correct about her being from a different reality. The living room, indeed his apartment, are VERY central to the whole story, so I felt it was good to foreshadow, however, I left it out in take two.
Here is my next attempt. More words, but I feel it is strong.
The sudden appearance of a bewildered woman claiming to be his wife turns the world of a confirmed bachelor upside down, forcing him to face an uncertain future and his own life choices as he attempts to help her get back to where she belongs.
