I know this might be a stupid question, but are page numbers needed to be put in a script or do I just leave that out?

They are a good idea for reference.  Usually when readers what to critique your work, they will refer to the page.  It's much more easier that way.

It's not that hard, I use Microsoft Word and all I do is format the header and entering a the continuous number sequence.

Yes, you need them.

Top right margin. Courier font followed by a period.

No number on title page or first page. Numbering begins from page 2.

You're thinking of scene numbers. A spec script should have page numbers.
