So i start to read the script from << Thelma and louise>> movie.......

This script is one of the Writers Guilds 101 Greatest Screenplays, the movie is excellent thats for sure.. As i read i find many things in it that everyone will tell you not to do it.......

1) Blocks of text , to much description.....
2) The << we see>> sentence.....
3) No proper character introduction

and im still in 5 page.........

So here is my question :

Are we writing a script or are we writing something that it will be easy to read from the guy who will evaluate our work.......

I mean this is one of the best scripts, right?....but it breaks a lot of << rules>>......

Why do we write like the way we write?

I think our scripts is like diet scripts....

What do you think?

P.S. This is something i find in others produced scripts as well..........

This has already been discussed and discussed and discussed and....

Anyways, here is a good start:

It is always good to look around a bit before posting a question.

There is very little that has not already been asked and answered -- or endelessly debated, at the very least.

Hey, it's my tiny, little IMDb!
