I'm writing a transition where it goes from people talking to one character's POV of a microscope slide (through the microscope, of course).

What would the header look like?

INT.  MICROSCOPE SLIDE - BLOOD CELLS?

So and so looks into the microscope.

THROUGH MICROSCOPE:

INT. REAEARCH ROOM - NIGHT

Dr. What's His Face looks through a microscope. Dr. Mercy Me watches

DR. MERCY ME
Do you see anything unusual?

MICROSCOPE

Cells detach and multiply at a furious rate.

DR. WHAT'S HIS FACE (O.S.)
I can't believe what I'm seeing. The Metabollic rate of this.

DR. MERCY ME (O.S.)
Fuckard. Just another one of Phil's Zombie shorts.

BACK TO ROOM

Dr. What's His Face looks up from the scope.

DR. WHAT'S HIS FACE
Just shut up and show me your tits.

She complies. They embrace in a kiss.

FADE OUT:

I don't want the scene to start with Dr. Smith looking through the microscope.  I want to start with the actual microscope slide.  And then show Dr. Smith studying it.

DR. SMITH (P.O.V.) THROUGH MICROSCOPE

BACTERIA

flit about back lit.

INT. LABRATORY

DR. SMITH stares into the microscope.



But honestly Phil this is something you should leave to the director.

You might be right there, Mike, but it's important to see what's on the slide.  It's not just a fancy camera angle.
