Look up your local craigslist for jobs in TV/movies.  A lot of indie production companies look for people there.

Depending on what it is you are looking to do, it might be useful to become involved with what will likely be a plethora of productions for the upcoming Tropfest early next year. Meet-up, Mandy and some Google searches will yield you something.
