Hey there Daniel,

I enjoyed reading "Nico's Demise". Like your writing style, its concise and was visually effective for me.

An intriguing tale, but I struggled to fully grasp the symbolic layers. While Nico's fear of death is apparent, I found it challenging to connect this with the ACDC/Led Zeppelin songs and the imagery of the dead fish circle.

Would be interested to find out?

Thanks for the read - also, if you can remove that '(Printed with the demonstration version of Fade In)', always a bit of a distraction, that is.

Hey Colin!

I chose the ACDC/Led Zeppelin songs because they both talk about death. Back in Black is very explicit about being "let loose from the noose", and Led Zeppelin deals with the afterlife.

Putting the dead fish in a circle has no direct meaning -- but Nico's believes the arrangement will help him conjure death.

I'm considering adding a tiny prologue to the script to emphasise his anguish about death, because I've received similar  feedback regarding the symbolic layers.

I'm currently using the demo version of FadeIn, so was unable to remove the watermark, sorry.
