Family Horror Treatment WIP - need feedback! (currently 129 views)

hey guys, first time on this forum, looking for some help on a horror treatment I'm working on. I like the core thematics, etc, but the story I think needs some simplication, any help would be appreciated.
Logline: A grieving widow uncovers her family's connection to a historic massacre of Chinese miners in the 1800's and a chilling curse, forcing her to choose between a sinister ghost marriage and fighting to protect her sons from a cycle of death.

Hi and welcome to Simply Scripts.
I'd stop at "chilling curse." That tells me enough for a logline and enough to intrigue me. Off this idea, I can fill in some of the blanks and read the full story.
