Dark Games by Eric Dickson - Thriller - A 13 year old troublemaker  falls witness to an attempted rape after cutting through the woods behind his house. He is later taken in by a retired homicide detective still obsessed with finding the one killer he never caught.  95 pages - pdf, format


nb:  This script was filmed last October, 2007 as a 35mm feature and is currently in post-production.

Thank you.  This was actually shot back in 2007, right before Booboo Stewart got Twilight and X Men and started a pretty cool career.  

Yeah, Jeff died in 2011, complications from pneumonia.  He was a severe drug addict and was on all kinds of pain medications since his back injury on Grease.  This was his last on-screen performance.  

As for the movie, the director and I had terrible problems as I was hired to do continuity and script supervisor on set.  He pretty much tossed the script out the window and was making up shots on the fly.  

Martin Kove, Trejo, everyone was furious with the lack of professionalism.  And my suggestions were met with "mind you own business and stick to your role".

I warned that there were over twenty cut-aways and insert shots missing from the footage that would basically turn the film into a giant piece of swiss cheese.   The editor literally couldn't cut this thing together and make it work.  That's what happens when you toss the script out the window.  

Anyways, thank you.  I wish the film were as cool as the trailer
