You're being missed and at the same time some writer is crazy lucky you're not in.

I'm going with their second one! Would have been bloody hard to beat.

Maybe Mark and some others, I mean old members, can still get in and do the second round? We could vote on them maybe. Just a thought.
Probably will not be seen by Sean anyway (sigh)

I see quite a few old members that missed the start date. And having them around would make it more fun.

I see the messages, but I'm not intending to re-seed the tournament. If something like this is done in the future, it would have more buildup before, so everyone would be aware of it. I severely underestimated how popular this would be.

But I really screwed up on a few things. Taught me some important things for the future.

That's usually what it takes to learn. It probably won't be perfect for the next one either.

Read all and voted. Now writing (brief) comments on as many as possible.

I think everybody understands the complexity of this one and appreciates all you've done to make it work.

Sean, don't be so hard on yourself. You did an amazing job on this.

Mine was pretty difficult. The genre was fine but the requirement within the genre was weird.

That's pretty much all of them

Feature-length scripts:
Who Wants to Be a Princess? (Family)
Glass House (Horror anthology)

TV pilots:
"Kord" (Fantasy)
"Mal Suerte" (Superhero)

Additional scripts are listed here.

There were some that were easier than others, for sure. A couple were completely out of left field and the rest were just tricky.

If I advance to the next round, I'm hoping I have something super crazy and weird.

How much time did each writer have to write their script?  I never saw this until yesterday.

Why didn't you tell me about this?  I would have loved to be a part of it.

I wrote mine in about 20 minutes, about 24 hours before it was due...and I think it shows.

If I make I beat my competition, I'll try a bit harder.
