I couldn't believe this when I read it here after news of Michael. I guess I really should watch the news a bit. It's just that the media is so full of bad news, I tend to veer away from it on a regular basis.

It always feels like we lose a part of ourselves when we hear of a celebrity passing on- even though they're at a distance. In truth though, that part is always with us I believe. Still, it's hard to hear.

Thinking of strength for the family and friends at this time.

Sandra

This is really sad, yet we all knew it was coming so it wasn't a shock, but still very sad.  I watched about half the documentary that was made about her, I couldn't watch the second half cause I already seen someone rot away from cancer and it is something I would never wanna see again, but I'm glad she did it and made it in your face, it's good to know what it does and that's its not just the "C" word.  She, for being 62, was also an amazingly beautiful  woman.  I'm glad she's at peace and the pain is gone, there is always comfort in that.

I remember having her now famous poster in my college dorm back in 1979. What a classy, beautiful woman.  I hope her smile is still with her.

Yeah, we heard of her death from cancer a day after Ed McMahan's, and hour's before Michael Jackson. What loss! Rest in peace Farah.
