George Carlin is probably my favorite and most likely the greatest comedian of all time. He's got the widest range of styles and topics of any comedian I can think of. I like his dark stuff the best. Dennis Leary and Ron White are also great. Chris Rock seems to get better over time, especially with his last HBO special. His bit about the "time game" at work is spot on. Those are the best I can think of off the top of my head.

I like Carlin too.

Denis [spits] Leary?

Seriously, I do like Leary. But then I would do, I'm a big Hicks fan and, as as Katt Williams would say, "life is too short'.

Excellent vid Sniper. I'm still laughing. I'm gonna learn that dance, then get me down to Moss Side (in Manchester - google it) cut me some motherfuckin' rug.

Chris,

I'd better stop telling that story about my parents six years ago. Or was it seven?

Quoted from Eric2nimrod
Well I'm not getting much reviews, but hopefully everyone that is posting a response has read it, that's all that matters to me. And I respect anything that anyone says, except those people who are attacking me, because of my actions and not my script.

What a laugh!!!

My faves are Jim Gaffigan, Mike Birbiglia, and Chris Rock (most of the time)

I like Frank Caliendo, but he's more of an impressionist than a comedian.

I used to like Denis Leary. Then I realized half of "his" jokes were stolen from Hicks. Probably others, too. And recently, he was on a late night talk show (likely Conan as he's the only one I watch) and practically quoted Gaffigan's "Bacon" joke verbatim. And by quoted, I mean recited as his own original thought.  Hack.
