Hello everybody, I'm an amateur scriptwriter in Turkey. I found this website by chance and spent all my time with a big pleasure yesterday.

I'm 39 years old and female. I'm writing a novel about autism. I'm about to finish it. If publishers don't want to publish it, my first opinion is change it as a screenplay and try my second chance with it. So this website can be very useful for me. In Turkey, unfortunately, film producers don't even read amateur screenplays. They only work with the same scriptwriters. If I can develop my english, I want to translate my screenplays in english and try my last chance with overseas producers.

I'm very happy to meet with you. I love writing so much. It makes me forget all difficulties of life.

Welcome aboard, Burcu!

Best of luck on your project. If it's impossible to break through in Turkey, I would recommend translating your work into English where it can be sent to more outlets.

I only know about three words of Turkish, so I won't be much help until it's in English

Feature-length scripts:
Who Wants to Be a Princess? (Family)
Glass House (Horror anthology)

TV pilots:
"Kord" (Fantasy)
"Mal Suerte" (Superhero)

Additional scripts are listed here.

Welcome Burcu!

Just one thing to keep in mind - its hard to get produced. Dont let it stop you though.
