Queen + Paul Rodgers - The Cosmos Rocks Matt Mays & El Torpedo - Terminal Romance Sam Roberts - Love At The End of the World The Avett Brothers - I and Love and You Arcade Fire - The Suburbs Muse - The Resistance
I have Return of the Champions on DVD but I have to say that Queen is extremely limited with Rodgers on vocals - they have to cut any song where Freddie was out front on piano, like "Spread Your Wings" or "Play the Game", from their repertoire.
Oh, and I have to add one to my list - been wearing out "Real Live Roadrunnin'" by Mark Knopfler (with Emmylou Harris) in the car...
Alter Bridge - ABIII Chevelle - This Type Of Thinking Could Do Us In Mammal - Majority Buckcherry - All Night Long Neon Trees - Habits Trapt - No Apologies
Down in the hole / Jesus tries to crack a smile / Beneath another shovel load

It's quite good. Not Queen in essence, more like Queen backing up Paul.
Some good tunes, some not-so good tunes. The weakest part of the album are the lyrics. They don't stack up against any of Queen's back catalogue.
I was fortunate to see them 3 times and they definitely improved as the tour went on. These songs fit Paul's vocals much better than Queen songs... I think that's why it feels more like a Paul album than a full blown-out Queen one.
It is an experience not to be believed. Joe Russo IS Freddie - it's uncanny almost. The guy doing Taylor is spot on as well. I think they changed Brians since I last saw them though. The only limitation this band has is trying to recreate Brian's "double" sound on his guitar, since his guitars are all specially made. Other than that, these guys can play anything, including going off the charts deep like "Stone Cold Crazy" or "Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy".

Excellent. Will definitely keep an eye on them. We do get some Queen cover bands make their way through Vancouver once and a while. I think the last one was A Kind of Magic or something.
